Event Glitch

Whats going on with ranking and picks? Everytime i win a match in the event it says unranked and 0 points. Im also awarded 0 picks when i had saved up 51 picks last night.

I had a ranking of 72000 (approx) and 51 picks saved up. Now its all gone....

*april 15/2016* ok so whats going on. A response would be nice! Im losing ranks like crazy and it wont let me gain any points or picks. As of now im tempted to request the Legendary John Cena i was going to work for, in compensation. Look into it would you?
